What should I do if the device will not turn on?
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the device.
- Check if the power switch on the side of the console is turned on.
- Verify that the power adapter is in good condition and the wall outlet has power.
- Note: If the device has just undergone long-distance transportation, please let it stand upright for at least 6 hours before turning it on.
What if the cold/hot therapy function is not working, or the temperature display is abnormal?
Please perform the following self-checks:
- Check if the water level in the tank is normal.
- Ensure the water hose connectors of the massage garment are tightly plugged into the console with no leaks.
- Confirm that your set temperature is within the normal operating range (Cold Therapy: 3-25°C; Hot Therapy: 30-42°C).
- If it is your first time using the device, please wait for 10 minutes to allow the device to complete its pre-cooling or pre-heating cycle.
- If the issue persists, please disconnect the power and contact our after-sales support team
Why did the device suddenly stop during operation?
A sudden stop could be caused by the following reasons:
- Timer ended: Please confirm if your set massage time has elapsed. If you wish to continue, simply reset the timer.
- Abnormal water level: Please check if the water level is in the dark green or yellow zone; if the water level is abnormal, please drain the water and refill the tank before using it again.
- Connection or power issue: Check if the massage garment is properly connected to the console, and ensure the power cord is not accidentally disconnected or loose.
- Overheat protection: The device might have triggered its overheat protection mechanism. Please disconnect the power and let it rest for 30 minutes before using it again.
How do I resolve issues with the air compression not working or inflating abnormally?
For air pressure issues, please check the following:
- Ensure the air hose connectors of the massage garment are firmly connected to the console without any air leaks.
- Check the pressure level setting on the screen to ensure it is not mistakenly set to level 0.
- Check if the garment is excessively folded or squeezed, which could block the air path.
- If you hear abnormal noises from the air pump and it fails to inflate, stop using the device immediately and contact our support team.
Is it normal to have marks on my skin after using the device?
Yes, this is normal. Due to the air compression function, marks left on the skin are a normal reaction and will typically disappear on their own after a few hours. However, if the marks persist or are accompanied by pain, please stop using the device immediately and consult a doctor.
